Default Rocker C Front Fender Mod--Need Input Please

Trying to change out the front fender on an 09 Rocker C and want to go with the RWD custom front fender. It is similar to the Heartland but it is only 16 gauge vs the Heartland at 14 gauge. Just wondering if anyone has went with the RWD and if so, did you have any problems with it bending due to the wind at high speeds or any other problem(s)? Thanks for any help/info you can provide.

16 gauge isn't thin, though I wouldnt look to go any thinner. You should be fine though.

16 gauge is a pretty thick piece of metal. But like said before, I wouldn't go any thinner. RWD is pretty reputable, I have seen quite a bit of there parts go threw a LOT of abuse.

I've got the Heartland, but the RWD looks good too. And I can't imagine bending from wind\speed. Ive seen one up close and they look solid.

I'm pretty sure there is only a 1/64th difference between 14 gauge which iirc is 5/64 and 16 gauge which is 1/16

Cliff, kind of off topic, but when you have a moment can you (or someone here) provide the dimensions for the Rocker front fender? Specifically the width of where it mounts and the distance between the mounting holes? We are working on a custom application (Spitfire Motorcycles) and I can't find any dimensions anywhere.

It would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
Tnx,
JW
