...from you Crossbones guys. This model is new for me.
I'm eyeballing this add in the local Buy and Sell, but have no idea whether this is reasonable or too much. The description is exactly as follows: Harley Davidson Cross Bones,2008, 1584 cc,96 cu.in.,6 speed,Vivid Black, collectors bike, showroom condition, practically brand new, only 1500 miles, New Mustang seat,Cycle Shack slip-ons,stock mufflers included, very rare, especially in this condition/low mileage......$16,900.00
There are a couple of pics there, it looks in good shape, as described.
What do you guys think??
I appreciate any advice.
Thanks.
I live in your neck of the woods and bought a 09 Bones with 1000 Km and $4,000 in options for $16,000 two years ago. They are getting harder to find but you should be looking for for a significant reduction in price - maybe closer $14,000. Great bike, I love mine and there are not that many on the road in the Maritimes. Good luck with the search.
PS Just checked Kijij and there is one in NB for sale for 13,500 with 5000KM and a 103 engine
wow, stiff price. don't have one. looked at, sat one and shopped for one when they came out. in the end decided I'd keep my night train and put springer forks on it.
Thanks guys!
You're right. I dug a little more around the internet and it is on the steeper end. $14000-$14500 would be more in line with this particular bike.
