I would look under the bike and see if they replaced the rear shocks with adjustable height shocks like progressives or if it has lowering bolts (look on jp cycle catalog to see what they look like). It looks like it is lowered and if it is BE VERY CAREFUL with that passenger seat since I think it may hit. If they are adjustable shocks or low. bolts, you can adjust iot up also. Nice bike/ride safe.

If you are worried about the seat hitting the fender just make sure the factory bump stop is still installed. It is impossible for the fender to hit the seat if it is in place no matter how much the bike has been lowered.

On the rocker bump stop. One of the fine folks on the forum told me to get a standard soft tail bump stop, which is almost exactly the same size EXCEPT about 3/4 inch thinner. Lower but with a little insurance your not going to wack your rear fender paint job. They are less than 4 bucks at the HD dealer and usually in stock. It installs very easily.

If you are still running the stock rear fender mounted to the swing arm you WILL hit the fender on the seat with the Harley softail stock bump stop. There is a reason the Rocker bump stop is so much thicker. Unless you have done a heartland or other conversion, be very careful when switching out your rear bump stop. I took about 1/2" out of my stock one to give more travel with a 1" lowered rear, and my driver seat would lightly touch the fender at full compression, leaving light scratches in the clear coat. Rather than risk anything I am just going back to the huge stock bump stop.

With the bike at level, measure from the frame cross member on the back side of the shocks to the ground. If it's stock height it will be 6.5" from cross member to the ground.
