Does anyone happen to know what kind of fenders are on this fatboy. I assume heartland ($$$). If so I am open to suggestions on a less expensive option. Thanks in advance for any insight.
Just ordered one of these fenders for mine, its a Roland Sands Tracker rear fender kit for newer softails w/ 200mm *** ends
Heres a link to a little about the bike http://www.custommotorcyclepartsblog...lassic-fatboy/
Well they list for 599 on drag specialties, talk to Dr. V-twin about it, he'll get you a pretty decent discount, as far as your corbin bolting up? I have no clue, as the seat Roland Sands sells to go with that fender is made by Mustang. Good luck with your build!
Welcome to the forum! Im from Duluth see your from MN too.
That fatboy is sweet looking BUT has my head spinning a bit. If you look close at the side by the struts there are 3 holes. 2 for the strut and one for the seat. That was the design up to the '05 softails I thought. To me that looks like a fatboy lo and those were not out in '05. My 200 rear train a 2006 has only 2 side holes for the strut covers and the seat is mounted to the rear fender. I have no idea what read fender that bike has but it looks really nice. I do know it's not a heartland at least not one I have seen by them. Not sure what bike you have but a option aside from the RSD or heartland would be a strutless fender. I found one made by kustom werks for under $500 and they look awesome and a LE Pera Bare bones fit them perfectly. Some members on here run that setup.
