How to keep Heritage Softail bags from sagging

What is the part called and where is the best place to buy it?

Had mine done by 'www.bossbags.com' and they do a great job. You have to send the bags to them but it's really nice work. They will stay looking new for a long time for sure.

I did the Got Saggy Bags .com and it worked good for me.

I installed my PaPa bags inserts 4yrs ago. they are easy to put in (bout 1/2 and no glue) and they are still doing a great job.
