Did somebody say something about chrome? That's easy to apply!

Don't believe me try it, walk in to any dealership and tell them those exact words and nothing else

Yes their are women that ride EVERY model, but walk in and say she's just starting and wants a new bike, and those two options come up every time

Case closed
Ya cause the deluxe sits lower, it in no way looks like a chicks bike.

I initially went out looking for a Fatboy. What I didn't like about them was that huge square rear fender and those solid wheels... ugh. Love the 200mm rear tire though. Then I saw the very retro Heritage/Deluxe models and was sold.

'course, I still want that fat rear end, but with a nice long round fender over it.

I also agree as long as you are happy worth your ride and it fits you that IS all that matters

But I'm not the one looking for advice from thr forum

For me, I liked the 200mm rear tire, and the "sportier" appearance of the FB. On the other hand, I loved the driving lights on the Deluxe, and the extra chrome goodies as well. I figured I could add chrome goodies and the driving lights much easier to a FB than going to a 200mm rear tire on a Deluxe. Was a pretty simple decision for me...

NO bike looks like a girls bike unless it's girly colors

You can take a Streety and put pink highlights on it and it looks like a girls bike

And yes there are some really nice looking deluxes on this sight

That doesn't change the fact that when you ask for opinions on one or another bike for comparisons you are going to get honest answers

I didn't say a deluxe is a girls bike, just that there are more women riding them then there are fatboys

Which is funny because my wife rides a fatboy

That's exactly what my wife did

Bought the 2011 FB

Then added the deluxe light bar, heritage windshield and her own tasteful chrome highlights
