Default Rear Hub Differences

Does anyone know the difference between the rear hub on an 03 Deuce and an 03 Night Train or FXST? Is there a different offset on these wheel?
Thanks for any intel you may have.

I believe the only difference is diameter. If there is an offset difference, it can be fixed with H-D spacers. I've seen a lot of Deuce wheels on Standards, etc.

Rim diameter? I'm more interested in the hub measurements. The tire and overall wheel measurements aren't really a concern.

Sorry I didn't explain myself better. I don't have hard numbers, but I don't think there is a difference in hub offsets between a Deuce and other Softails of similar years, like '84-89, 90-99, 2000-2007. The rim diameters are different. Deuce's run a 17" and/or 18" diameter. As I said above, any offset difference I think can be made to work with H-D spacers, as I've seen plenty of Deuce wheels on other Softails. Do you have a line on one? Sorry if I confused the issue. I sometimes get confused myself.

Well I'm putting a factory 03 hub, laced around an 18X5.5 rim on my 03, with a 180 tire, and I am having all kinds of issues. I have it all solved now, but I was wondering if I could have avoided this whole thing with a Deuce hub instead of an FXST hub.

Aaa-HA! I guess I stepped in it. The only type of wheel I've really noticed on a Deuce is a solid. So I assumed thats what you were working on/with.
Sorry.

Where did you buy the rim? I'd like to get a 21x3 rim and put it around my stock spoke hub for the front.

I wouldn't ue them again. The wheel came with a broken spoke and it was about a month trying to get that issue resolved. If you just want a rim band and perhaps spokes as I am told it is best not to re-use them, though it seems mechanicaly sound to me, I would call black bike wheels. A google search will give you their info. I was tol theyhave rim bands that take factory spokes and fit factory hubs.
