A little late to the party, but I too have a 2012 FLSTC - Peace Officer Edition. Added Rush 1.75 slip ons. I experienced a lot of decel popping at throttle 0. After a lot of reading on HD forum, added the PCV from Fuel Motto, tweaked the map, and everything is great. Bike runs about the same temp. Not a mechanical kind of guy, but adding and tuning the PCV was very easy. Install took about 30 minutes.

2012 Fat Boy Cats
The cats are in the mufflers! I just took a look. I put V&H slip on's this weekend. The cats are right in the muff. Bike runs great with stock A/C.no download from the Stealer. I'm gonna go with Power vision PV2 and a S&S A/C keep the stock header.
