Default up and down type wobble

So my 07 train started to develop this up and down wobble. its weird, ive been on many bikes and never felt anything like this. it comes and goes, it happens around 45-50 mph and its not a side to side wobble it for sure feels like the frame is bouncing up and down a bit. now when my girl is on the back the wobble seems to go away. Ive check my front spokes...ive checked the fall away. i kinda think its in the neck bearings as when i first got my bike it would make a clunk when i hit a bump. the dealer adjusted the bearings and it was better but now this up and down wobble is pissing me off. any thoughts?? thanks guys

It feels like the neck is going up and down really fast. it happens for say 3 seconds then goes away for like 10 seconds then comes and goes. Ive had this thing on the jack so many times I dont know what to do other than take it to the dealer and get screwed. anyone ever experience this feeling?

Have to ask- tires balanced? Cupped? When up on the lift, does the wheel spin true? How are the wheel bearings?

the rear was new last year...spins free and true...the front is still in good shape not cupped and it also spins free and true.

Front wheel suspendened, does it turn side to side smooth or is there any kind of catching or chattering? I'm thinking worn neck bearings, or lose neck bolt.
