Default burning out bulbs

So my bike has been burning out bulbs lately. Did the front right turn signal once and the brake light twice now. Can't find a short anywhere. Anybody out there got any ideas?

Go to NAPA or local auto parts store and tell them you want the Heavy Duty or truck bulbs. My signals use a stock 1157: didn't burn out but the vibration kills them. Got the 2057 (heavy duty) and haven't had to replace one in two years.

As mention consider review of voltage at rest, idle and above idle.
A bad voltage regulator could allow a greater than normal amount of DC volts and fry your battery, speedometer and lights.
Simple test with a cheap digital voltage meter should work.
