Default ABS Compatable Mustache Bars

I have a '12 Deluxe with ABS and want to add some pegs for those longer rides, but I'm not sure I want to go the route of full engine guards.

It looks like the H/D Mustache (Whiskers) Bar is listed as not compatable w/ABS, so does anyone have any ideas?

Will the one offered by Kuryakyn (7548) work?

Cool

I put that one on my '12 FLSTC w/ABS, Kuryakyn 7548.
When you put the clamps on the down tubes, you probably need to put
a spacer between the clamp that holds the bar. I tried it without a spacer
and it was tight on the brake lines. A couple of washers should work OK, on
the side of the bigger bolt.

Do they fit ok? I was just looking at those and they said it was for FLST. Mine's an 08 FLSTC. Do you like em? I have a full engine guard w/pegs but am thinking of removing the guard and going with the adjustable Kuryakyns.

Thanks

I have a set of mustache bars on my bike. I love the look, but if you are looking to really stretch your legs these aren't going to help. I'm 5'10 with a 32" inseam, and when I put my boots up on the rubber foot rests there is still a good amount of bend in my knees. Thought you should know.

Yeah, they fit OK. You can go to denniskirk.com, put in the p/n and see if
the bar will work on your bike. I do not see why it wouldn't, a Heritage hasn't changed
in years.
As for fit, you should pull down your front end to see how high you should mount
the bar. You do not want the bar to hit the fender when you hit a bump.
I am 6'3", I have no problem with being cramped on the bike with my feet on the bar.
All I wanted the bar for was my feet in a different position for a while, not to lay down.

Same here. I decided to order the Kuryakyn flip blades. I'm 6'1" and I liked the position and clean look. My only concern is sturdiness. Should get em by the weekend.
