A 3/8" torque wrench wil get you through 90% of what you need to do on the scoot. A 1/2" is good to have for the larger fasteners like steering head nut etc, but won't get used very often for anything else. An inch lb wrench is also helpful for all the cover bolts, but for most things you can convert the inch lbs to ft lbs. I think the riser cap is 20-25 ft lbs, but don't quote me on that. I'll check my manual tonight and let ya know.

For the handlebar clamp screws - 12-15 ft lbs.

I think I read that it is 12-15 ft lbs.... and of course, I go to Lowe's and the only 3/8" torque wrench they have is a 20-100ft lb ones (so I bought it). Ugh. lol

Could you take one with the handle bars straight? Its hard to tell how they look because of the wheel being turned.

Nice looking scoot though!

Thanks, I actually just read that. I did a google search for it. I bought one from Lowe's but its a 20-100 ft lbs wrench. Wondering if I can use it anyway.

IMO, an extra 5 ft/lbs isn't going to make much difference.

Ok cool. Truthfully I probably would or could tighten them tighter than 15 ft/lbs by hand. It will be interesting for me to feel how tight that is with a torque wrench.

Yeah dude just loosen the four clamp bolts up some and push the bars forward to where you like them simple stuff. Then tighten the bolts up in a criss cross patern like. You can also pull one bolt out at a time and put a dab of blue lock tight on the threads for peace of mind just don't use the red stuff it's damn near permanent the blue is not and comes out with a wrench just fine. I use that blue stuff on alot of my bolts. Have fun the bike will look a lot better when your done. I will put mine forward when I put my new Santee 12" on my train soon.
