I went with Wild 1's Chubby 501's on my FXST. IMHO the quality is way better than HD bars. Keep an eye on eBay and the classifieds for good deals. I got mine BRAND NEW on eBay for $91! They retail for about $210.
I have some stock drag bars powdered coated black that came off my 2008 Night Train along with 4" Joker Machines risers that are both in excellent condition I'll sell. PM me if you want pics.
