My fatboy 08 in pewter pearl is fine at speeds to 70mph but after and longer rides it can be hard on the kneck.

Any suggestions that will look right on the fatty seen the bullet fairing by menthis shades but not sure if its right

If you're really worried about it, get a quick detachable. They make clamps that lock via a key so that it's secure when you're parked somewhere. All you do it flip the clamps when it's unlocked and it's ready to come off.

I agree. HD's detachable windshields are a nice piece. Price is comparable to others too. Don't get one too tall. About level with the tip of your nose.
