I'm ok with it. Not so much the paint though. If they would mash that fender down on to the rear tire hardtail style and tone down the paint a bit I would be excited! Not 26K excited though. It is a limited production bike so I get it, but I don't have to like it.
Out of the new CVOs, I think I would have to pick the Road King. There is just something about it that really does it for me. The CVO bling and detail seem to fit better on that bike but obviously its not a softail so maybe thats why.
looks like it crashed into a H-D accessories truck
I think it's a nice looking bike ... that rear fender is sweet. What I can't take is the super glitter flake look that some designer decided to dredge up from a decade that most people who are old enough to remember, try really hard to forget. And for that price, you could get your glitter-fix with a 72 and still have enough money left over to buy practically any Dyna, Softail or VROD they sell. Personally, for the money, I'd rather have a 72 and a Softail Slim in my garage.
Pretty disappointing selection from the MoCo this year if you ask me. Candy colors are hideous. 3 years down the road and you'll go "WTF was I thinking..."
