After looking at my pics above, I just realized my clutch cable goes from outside the bars to inside the bars. From what I have seen on most bikes, the cable stays on the outside...mine goes from outside, crosses over the bars and then down. Am I missing something or should I run it and keep it to the outside?

It looks like yours does the same thing so I guess it just depends. It doesn't bother me, I just noticed that mine did it and none of the other pics I had seen did.

Oh whew...good. I thought maybe my cable was ran wrong or something. Lol

First thing I want to do now is figure out how to run my wires through my bars...just not sure if I want to keep my current bars or get new ones. I am leaning towards drilling my current bars because I don't think the holes that hold the cables on the outside will be noticeable.

I definitely want to get chrome switch housings though....along with braided lines to clean up the whole look.

I need to research more but to run my wires through the bags, do I just unplug the switches at the housing and undo the pins, then run them through and reconnect? Someone today told me that its not that easy ans that I would need to cut the wires, run them through the bars and then solder the wires back together (even if my current cables are long enough). Didn't make sense to me, I thought the pins just come out of the harness.

Here's a couple pics of some "skeleton hand" mirrors on my Heritage Classic.

I have an 07 Softail Custom and the cable is run under the bars. However, I have 16' apes and they could have been run differently when installed. I also flipped the stock mirrors, its looks a lot better, but harder to see traffic.

Here are a few pics:

I have an RWD Front Fender coming next week and hoping to get it painted by the end of next week. Looking very forward to seeing how it looks on the bike. For $70, I figured why not give it a try!
Did you try running em under the bars to see how they look?

No, I was so happy with the way they looked I left them on top. Lol I have a feeling I might have a hard time seeing out of them though since my bars are only the 12" stockers.
