Both loctite and anti seize can act as a lube, which is why you need to reduce tq. 25% might be high. I would think you would decrease both the same, why the difference? Not saying you are wrong.

You might be able to find a table based on bolt size if you look hard enough

You are correct.

Both are lubricants and both require less torque. The official recommendation would be to reduce both the same... I believe the recommendation is 25%. I have even seen 30% bandied about for anti-seize.

The difference is a personal choice/preference/decision....

I am extremely judicious in my application of blue thread locker, unlike most people who "slather" it on. I only use a very small dab, which doesn't affect many threads. If for whatever reason I go heavy on thread locker, I will reduce the max torque spec by 25% and use that.

However, anti-seize, no matter how judicious I try to be, seems to coat all the threads even if I try to use a very small amount. Not to mention what I get on my hands, clothes, tools, rags... Anti-seize is my bane..

Due to my inability to control anti-seize like I can thread locker, I choose to go the full 25% torque reduction with anti-seize, and use the mid-range torque spec with thread locker.

Usually with stock exhaust pipes you can just barely sneak the cover off by just removing the heat shield from the pipe, not sure about your aftermarket pipes.

Re-check them after the first good run also.

Just adding my procedure when applying anti-sieze or thread lock. I use the min. torque specification to compensate for the lube factor on install.
