Hey all. So I am looking for a good touring bag. I just bought a deluxe, and am looking for a bag to go over the sissy pad, and mount on the luggage rack. I really am liking the kuryakyn ultra tour, but it looks like a real pain to mount. I like the harley tour bags aswell they look to mount easier, but it seems like that spandex pouch that secures it to the sissy pad would stretch in time. Any of you with experience got any suggestions? I just want to get a good one from the start. I am really kind of open to whatever, not really stuck on those two. Thanks guys.
I use a TourMaster T-Bag and like it a lot. But, just get what you like (looks and volume) and you'll figure out how to mount it in no time. They work great and hold a lot of stuff.
to go on our Heritage...the way that Tourmaster mounts is easy and secure, and once you have it set, it is a matter of slipping it on and off.
Here it is on the bike, loaded for two for 8 days...a word of advise, BUY A SET OF THE SPACE-AGE STORAGE ROLL BAGS, Allows you to pack 8 t-shirts into less space than a laptop! Makes packing for 8 days for two people simple!
