Where can I get a set of lower-half risers that are straight (no pullback), and short - like 1-2" max, that will mate up with the stock deluxe top plate?
I'm thinking pretty much something H-D made for the Deluxe. I used the stock risers from a Deluxe for a while on my Heritage to help me decide on what height bars I wanted to go to, and I had to use the Deluxe top plate as the Heritage one would not match up....

EXACT same dilemma here. I've purchased the part that S.D.M.F. referenced (number: 46809-09) but it has offset bolt pattern not straight. Would love to be able to use my Deluxe top clamp on some straight 1-2" risers.
