Well I thought I was going to do a write up on this but...basically you buy it, plug it all in and then put the lamp back in.
I did zip strip all of the harness together to keep stuff from rattling and I tacked down the ballast with some silicone to keep it from bouncing around. I used silicone in case it doesn't work out and I want to remove it and because its heat resistant.
The pic below doesn't do it justice, my camera is compensating for the brightness. I'm no photographer...
The High/Lo function works perfectly...all for the low price of $28
Its a AC ballast. Mini ballast, harness, bulb...thats all there is to it. Its all right there in the pic and fully self contained in the headlight can. No wires in or out. Plugs right in to the factory H4 plug.

I am replacing my batt with a new odessey as soon as it gets here so I will follow up in a couple weeks although we are at the end of the season here so Im not sure how much I can get out. Fireman did one a few weeks back, maybe he will chime in.
You would want one of the kits made for sport bikes. This kit is hi/lo in a single bulb. PM me and I will send you the ebay sellers name. Im sure he has a kit that will work for you.
