Just pulled the trigger on some Carlini freeway bars they are 1.25 because I wanted to use my stock risers...Here is the strabe part when I called carlini the guy said we have two pull back styles 1 being the ones they have on their site which is 13 inch and then 15 inch pull back? well I went with the 15 inch pull back does anyone have this bar? At 580.00 for the bars and cable kit and 500.00 to install them I sure the hell hope they are comfortable...I guess I will find out soon LOL. Now to sell the gangsters.
install them yourself and save 500 bucks..not that hard
Time is money I work 11 hour days 5 days a week the last thing I want to do is work on crap outside work..I save the weekends for relaxing..And to be honest I'm to impatient to do it!
Well thought I would have these bars today but...Carlini says it takes 48 hours to process the order sucks because they are 60 miles from me. Wow I wish I had that luxury to say that in my line of work. Oh well no big deal just thought I would vent a little
Why O why is this bar change becoming a real pain in the ***? Carlini tells me they have everything on the shelf, well they had the bars no cable kit? I understand it is hard to stock all cable kits but come on be honest and say " Sir we have the bars but we have to order the kit so it takes a week to get them" That is good buisness sense... No big deal I had a feeling this would happen so just by chance my local Harley had some Bikini beach bars for 120.00 & said the cable kit would be here today so I jumped on them and cancelled the Carlini's. Well guess what? I call to see whats going on with my bike because I was also getting a 10,000 mile check up and they claim the cables wont be here until the 1st or the 2nd.... I have Tattoos from my shoulder to my knuckle's on both hands but I swear I'm going to get "I hate 2 wait" tattooed some where on my body this weekend....
OMG! LMFAO! This is the kind of stuff I thought only happens to me! Not laughing at your problem, DynaJ. Don't mean any offense. Always happens to me when I try to cut corners and hurry things along.
