Okay this might be a dumb question but here it goes. I have a 06 Heritage standard and I want to get a solo seat instead of the 2 up. I'm looking at the Brawer and I really like the looks but it has a single post mounting bracket on back. After removing my 2 up seat I notice that I have the 2 unused holes for a duel mounting post seat but not a hole in the center for a single post mounting seat. Talked to HD and they said they have a bracket to convert it to single post but not sure how it would look. Anyone seen ar have a set like this?
Not sure about the bracket, but if you decide to go with the brawler seat, I have a leather one I was just getting ready to put up on the classified section. It came off my 07' softail custom (not sure if you're running the 200 rear).
I have a brawler on my Road king...same set up. my seat came with the bracket, it bolts to the two holes under the seat and the seat bolts to it. With the seat on you can't see the bracket
I thought the bracket should come with it but could not get straight answer. Also called HD main tech ssupport and they tell me that it does not need a bracket it mounts from the sides. Problem is nobody within a few hundred miles has one to see so screw it I ordered it today. Thanks for the reply.
