I recently purchased a 2012 Heritage Softail with the 103. Its my second Harley upgrading from a 97 FXDWG. Is there a difference in size for exhaust on a 103 verses a 96 when doing a full system? Im looking at the RUSH 7020SL-175 Crossover. Will that fit my 2012 Heritage with the 103" motor?

according to the Rush catalog it says 86-12 softail. the only exclusion listed is 10-12 softail convertible. and anything pre 2006 will have to have the o2 bungs plugged. Unless I'm missing the bigger picture here. it should fit right? its pictured on a fatboy (I think) I'm not sure what the over all differences are with those two models. but I'm guess they are pretty similar. im not real familiar with this. as my other bike was dressed out when i got it.
Thanks

I have those same pipes on my '12 Heritage, they fit fine. Only difference in the '12 pipes and earlier are the size of the O2 sensor. '12's are 12mm, earlier ones are 18mm. The 1.75 gives a nice sound without being overly loud, but with the variety of baffles they have available, it isn't a big deal to change them out. Rush's service is outstanding.

Speaking of the o2 sensor. since you mentioned it was a different size. did you have to purchase different sensors or could the pipes accommodate for either size, or use some sort of reducer bushing?

Yes, there are O2 sensor adapters available for very little cost.

I found a killer deal on the Rush 7020 back in the Spring ($320 delivered). The only thing was, they were for a 2011 with the 18mm O2 bung. For less than $20,I got a reducer bushing to take them down to 12mm.
