Default Riser question.

I am going to be pulling the trigger here soon on apes for my bike with my winter project list. I will probably be addressing my pipes and seat issues 1st though to give more time to figure out exactly what size bars I want and get for my bike. I know I want the Carlini Gangsters as my 1st choice, Flying apes as my 2nd choice. My question is this, are there allot of choices out there as to picks on riser's? I think I am going to go with the 16" by 1.5" but I am thinking I can make them fit me best and be able to dial them in better with my riser choice and the height of the risers I end up using. Is this an acceptable way or method to approaching my ape issue or not? Do I have many or limited choices on risers? My thought process is to go ahead and get the apes then order risers after I can mock them up on my bike and go from there. Yay or nay on my game plan for apes? I have allot of riding time and experience in just about everything there is related to riding, nearly 40 years. I have ZERO experience with apes.

Keep in mind when it comes to risers anything over 2" looks strange (IMO)

Stick to the 1.5"

For 1.5" risers there are only a few choices. I run the High Rollers from Carlini with my Flyin' apes and I think that they really complement the bars.
