I am not a fan of cleaning spoke wheels. I went with a MoCo 9 spoke cast wheel. I think the heavy spoke looks good on a Fatty.

Here is the rear wheel: http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US

You can get it cheaper at LSHD1.com: http://www.lshd1.com/servlet/Detail?no=871099

They have gone up about $100 in the past few years. I also put on tear drop floating rotors, and a chrome pulley.

I'm a laced wheel fan myself. I think laces look great with the big tires on the FB.

I do have a front wheel shake with no hands on the bars at mid speed but had it with the stock setup to.
I don't think you are full of crap. I rented a FB on the big island of Hawaii. The northwest area through the pineapple fields is known as the windiest place on earth. You could really feel the wind tugging at the thing. My buddy was on a superglide and thought I was crazy until we traded bikes. It's real, at least in extreme conditions.

I agree with the crosswind debate! In a strong wind I have felt my wheels being pushed out from under me! It's a little concerning when you don't expect it!!

thanks for the info, unfortunately they won't work for me. they're 16's, my 07 has 17's.

if they would have multiple sizes in the same style i think harley would sell more whls and not loose out to the aftermarket.
