I'm wanting to put on some true dual exhaust on my Heritage. I've been looking and was wanting to know which is better of the two? The Vance & Hines or the Samson softail true duals?
I am in the same boat and I think I made my decision. After reading and talking to guy's these past few months I am going with the Samson's. I am pretty sure it's going to be the straight 39" cholo's.
I've had both . I have a 2011 Deluxe & started out with the V&H true duals. They only come in the 28.5" length. Guys told me on the forum that I'm going to end up wanting the longer 1's & they were right. Now I have the Samson 33" longtails with baffles. The fishtails on the end are little bit different between the 2 companies & like the previous reply said Samson's come in different lengths. V&H only have the 28.5". They both sound nice. I only have pictures of the V&H on my bike. I have to take some pictures of the Samson's with Burly Beach bars I put on this winter.
I dont have either but I have many times found myself wanting some of these V&H...nice set if you aren't into the fishtails. I did have a set of V&H Big Radius and the sound was incredible, great quality product.

That is how the V&H duals come .. you have to order the fish tail bit separately. I'm thinking of replacing the fish tail ends with the straight caps - If I can find where I put them ...
