Hi guys my friend owns a 07 fatboy which he wants to change the handlebars and im wondering if he can uplug the wiring directly at the handlebars or does he have to do it under the tank tks in adavance for any info yeah the wiring is internal.

 

Under the tank. Slide the tank back and uplug or remove the tank.
