Default condensation in gas gauge
My '01 Deuce has started getting condensation in the gas gauge during cold weather, and when i wash it. Is it normal, or something i should worry about? Anything i can do to prevent this?

heard of it before on here , not what I would call normal but happens and I don't think there is a fix , other than a new gauge , or just don't worry bout it till it gets real bad

I get it only after washing, but it goes away and doesn't come back. Try not getting the gauge wet when you wash it.

Happens after I give the bike a bath. Goes away in a day or so.

mine gets it after a bath also. has since day one. goes away in a day or so. dd&weevil....where did you get the 95" air cleaner insert?

Not all do it, but,, its not unusual or rare either.

Put a piece of clear packing tape over the window. Worked on mine.

You could try a small dessicant pack. I stuck a larger one under my console when I had fogging problems there and it cured it.
