If you're talkin about removing the forks from the trees: Remove top caps, loosen pinch bolts. Tubes should slide right out. Might be a little corrosion between the bottom tree and tube, but a little twist and some WD-40 should do the trick.
If you're pulling the tubes out of the lowers: Remove fork from bike, remove top cap and springs (under a little tension, use caution), remove seal dust cap, remove seal retaining ring, remove damper bolt from the bottom of the lower leg, use tube as a slide hammer to punch out the seal. (of course, empty the oil first....)
