Default Chubby Riser Question

Called Wild 1 today to order riser (#wo525) and smooth riser cap (#wo535) to install beachbars on my sled. Ask tech what is the number for the riser which has already been machined to accept the smooth riser cap. He acted like he did not know what I was talking about. My question to you all that are running this setup is, did you have to have the riser machined to remove threads and accept mounting of bolts from bottom of riser? Or is there another part number that I don't see. Thank for the info.

I think I have found the answer to my own question. After looking closer at the riser clamp it appears to be made in two pieces. If this is true then the riser would not need to be machined.

Thanks for the advice. New to community. Could not delete post. Will be careful in the future.

I have that setup and you're right it is two pieces. On a side note, the chrome is cheap and thin. Should be better for the price they charge.
