Default Call Fatboy owners with HHI Trees

So I have been running the HHI trees for ages and the other day cleaning the bike I noticed that the upper fork slider covers have been rubbing on the fender. Not a huge amount, but enough to leave a mark. It's on both sides of my fender.

Bike is a 2010.

Anyone?

Here is a pic - Hard to see but you can see the mark. It's on both sides.

I have tested too... When I push down on the front end, they hit!

It seems as if the forks are slightly more narrow than the stock ones to cause that rubbing.

Hi Kowan,

The forks are stock! It's only the trees and the upper covers that got replaced.

You misunderstood me. The triple trees being the wrong size would cause the forks to be more narrow than stock.

Did you change it out or have a shop do it? Curious as to if the fender was a tighter fit after the change.

Ahh! Sorry man - My bad!

I did it myself, and no, the fender was a perfect fit back in, so I didn't notice anything unusual.

Do the tins look out of round or not straight across? I'm thinking out loud, but maybe they are tilted a faction inward towards the fender?
