Bone Doc, Yep I think i woulda been fine if i was home and could of gone down to the hardware store to grab a spacer and a longer bolt. The Misses sat on it and said she perferred the lower position so in the end i guess (Happy wife-happy rider who gets to go out more). I am stoked to go pick that bad boy up and get on the open roads of SD. I get home in less than a month and i dont give a ratz azzz how cold it is i am gunna open it up to hear the TD fishtails sing. 8 months of being deployed and i am ready to one finger salute this country. If you guys cant see the pics, i suck at this computer stuff and i have no idea how to fix it. check my profiel and see the pics. HUA

On the left floorboard, I drilled out the threads and ran a longer bolt through the opposite direction with a nut so that it could be removed if needed. But other than that, no problem with floorboards.

I've got the same setup on my Heritage and I had no problems when I installed my fishtails..

EDIT: Just read the first page and it makes since now... Hate all the problems but sweet ride!
