Does anyone run this exhaust? I'd love to see some photos of a Deluxe with the Admendment pipes on it! From what I hear a guy broke off from V & H and started this company but I cant seem to find any pics!
I am looking to buy the Freedom Independent pipes for my 2012 fatboy. My sister-in-law bought a set for her 2012 softail slim while at sturgis 2012. They look just like the Rinehart 2-into-2 but cost about 2/3 the Rinehart price. I am searching around to learn what the best fuel management fix is. Dont want to fork out a grand for dyno tune and all that.
yea my buddy has them on his 2012 Softail Blackline and they sound/look great. http://www.powersportsuperstore.com/ has them for dirt cheap. just over $350.00 and so does amazon. i'd just like to figure out what they look like on my bike before i jump the gun!
I have their shark tails on my heritage. They have been awesome. The biggest difference between Freedom and other brands is the amount of steps they put into the pipes. Mine has a 3 step, where Sampson is only 2. Mine also has a 1 piece heat shield and Sampson has a 2 piece. The owner of Freedom is from VH, so he know how to build exhausts.
I have the Freedom Performance Independence shorties on my Blackline. These pipes are really well made, and Freedom is great to deal with if you need to talk to them. Below are links to both the Amendment, and the Independence pipes. I really like the way the end cap finishes off the Independence pipe. And yes, I have removed my reflectors since this picture was taken.
I'm running Freedom Performance Amendment on my Slim...unfortunately no pics. But if you have a newer bike with the smaller O2 sensors, be careful as there is a lot of stock out there with the larger O2 bungs for pre-2012 bikes. FP has reduced the weld height and diameter of the bungs to accommodate the smaller sensors on newer stock but I had to learn that the hard way. I would contact them directly rather than going through a vendor. The pipes sound great though.

Dutch, although I appreciate your opinion otherwise, they are definitely Freedom Performance Independence pipes. Take a closer look on their website and you will see the chrome end caps. Also, there is no white lettering on the pipes, just a chrome badge that says "Freedom Performance." Let me know if you need a close up pic....
I have the declaration turn outs on my fatty, and they are loud and have a deep rumble. Fit and finish is superb. The price was excellent for a full exhaust - $400 i paid. I think i read that the owner used to work at vance and hines. . .
