I've been researching how to fix that leak on my '09 RKC and now I'm going to give it a try using the 2black1's method. Got some Permatex Black RTV and will use that unless somebody has something better. I've got the outside surfaces very clean and oil free. Used brake cleaner and electronic parts cleaner. Thinking about maybe trying to clean the plug surfaces in the hole somehow. I have a syringe to inject the RTV into the hole and around the plug. But need to get it clean first. Has anybody got ideas how to do that?

The stator plugs leaks also but its different from the newer ones. The plug come through the primary case sticks up through the regulator plugs in it 2 prong regulator. How will RTV gasket work on this. I would have to take the primary apart.
