Just Purchased a 2013 Heritage softail A/E. Looking for modification True duals/air breather/tuner anything that you guys have done and where to locate these parts and what are the best you have found would greatly appreciate it.
Power Vision from Fuel moto. User friendly and fuel moto will e-tune ur bike for you with a couple logs sent back and forth. It also isn't a piggy back system so it just flashes ur ECU.
True duals i can't help ya.
A/C just depends on what you want. I went with Dk Customs A/C
Depends what you personally want. If you're going to keep the bags on (IMHO) true duals are a waste of money (again, IMHO) (performance differences asside).
Anyway, as tbone says, take it slow. You bought a bagger and they're pretty damn nice out of the gate.
For the best ride might I suggest the Shotgun Shock air suspension system.
Go to www.shotgunshock.com
Air cleaner, there are so many out there. Fuel moto, a HDF Sponsor, has the Power Commander tuner and an air cleaner mod that you could package up for a good price.
And for performance you can't beat a good 2-1 exhaust system.
Here is our '12 FLSTC with the Bassani Road Rage 2-1 pipe .

Why is it a waste of money does it hide the pipes are what

I don't believe he meant it was a "waste of money" in a literal way. I believe he just prefers the look of TD exhaust without bags. His bike is a very nice looking Heritage.
I, on the other hand, respectfully disagree with him. I think the saddlebags complement the look of the TDs. It boils down to what he said.... personal taste.
