I will keep the no flash comment in mind. Im pretty sure the flash wasnt on when I took those pics, but I have been wrong before. I got the rear fender mounted yesterday and all the wiring hooked up. I took pictures of the connections on the bottom side of the fender. To prevent having to cut wiring if I ever needed to pull the fender, the turn signal wiring has connections on both sides. Im real excited to get started on the tank and see how she looks going down the road...

It's getting there , What did you use for those wire tubes to hold the Wires up close to the fender all the way back to the Signals

The wire tubes were actually already welded into the fender when we got it. We had to make a notch into them where the turn sig wires came into the fender. The bucket we made for the ignition module worked out better that we expected. Im looking forward to having it done, but I also dont want it to end cause I know that once its done I wont be doing much to it for a while.

I appreciate all the feedback from yall. It has been a lot of fun doing all the work and documenting all the progress. Hopefully it all goes well on Monday afternoon and I get her finished up and out on the road. All thats left is drain the tank, pull the hardware, transfer the fuel gauge float, seal everything up and clamp it down. I dont expect too many hiccups, but Im not holding my breath...

I had to get my bike off the rack cause we had a few customers bikes come into the shop, so I didnt get pictures of any of the work done to move the tank over. It was pretty straight forward. The float was set in a little bracket on the right side that had a push tab to release it. The petcock and other hardware was pretty straight forward as well. I cut and re soldered the wires for the fuel gauge. It was easier for me to do that than try and remove the connector and what not. After I got her back together and picked up my wife, I got her to take some pictures for me to post here of the finished product. She edited them some to show how the color of the paint changes with a change in light. Im really happy with the way it has turned out, and again, thank yall for following the thread and all the comments...
