Default Breakout Mods...Apes Installed

Just got the 14 Inch Apes installed on the Breakout and they really make this bike so so much easier to ride!!! Also added the Vance and Hinces Slip-Ons and the HD Heavy Breather with the crome cover and finally added the slip stream foot pegs....

No offence - just don't like those apes on your bike - they look too wide or something

Just my opinion take it with a grain of salt. You need Different apes. That are narrow at the base. Midgard is right its too wide. The lines of your bike it doesn't make sense.
If you like it and are happy with it then great. I was excited to see a breakout with some apes thanks for breaking trail.

Wow, that's tall. Couldn't help but notice all the other toys in your stable, Nice!.

Also, you said you have the vance and hines slip ons. Which one did you get? I installed the Vance and Hines Twin slash on my Breakout. Unfortunately, I had to take them off. On my road test, the bike back fired and popped too much for my liking. I just sold some of my Dyna stuff, so now I can afford to get the fuel system tuned for the pipe. What fuel tuner did you get?

I have to agree, those apes just really don't look that good on your bike. That's probably the most critical I have ever been on here with anyone or anything. I don't do it to be a dick either. I just think they are to wide for a bike with the front end like you have. Those 4" riser's really don't do apes justice either, on any bike. I will also leave with this. There has been times when I had to do things a little at a time, settle for second best or use something that might not have been my preference but it was all I could afford at the time. I'm not suggesting your broke either, I'm just sayin..............I also know that no matter what anyone say's but when your going down the street on YOUR bike the way YOU like it and you can't wipe the smile off of your face from the time you get on it until the time you get off of it than they are the PERFECT bar's and riser's for YOU and YOUR bike!!! Ride on and ride safe Brah.
