Question Braided Fuel Supply Line

Hey forum, ready to install the Braided Fuel Supply Line on my 06 FatBoy FI. Not sure if the fuel has to be drained from the tank or not. The service manual doesn't say either way. Just thought I would ask if any one has replaced theirs with the braided one...Thanks for any advice...

fuel supply line meaning the line that runs to the throttle body, right? not the fuel cross-over line?
If so, you don't have to drain the tank, it should be a quick-disconnect compression release sort of thing, it'll drip a little bit, but it's not bad..just wrap it with a towel before you pop it loose
