I'm looking for a set of bags for my 09 Fatty don't want to spend a lot of $$$$$ I only need them now and then mostly for the OL!! I was looking at the small brakets one bolt to the strut and a pair of throw overs!! I DON"T want to have to relocate my turn signals!! Whats out there ?

You can go that route (throwovers), or also think about Viking Bags. They have a lot of styles to choose from and surely you can find a pair where you would NOT have to relocate the turn signal. They are a good price and good quality.

Have you thought about a good sized sissy bar bag instead

Have a look at Osprey Limited. They have a pretty good selection of good quality bags. They are a little long on delivery (6 - 8 weeks for custom).
