It means the drunker we were getting the more booze we were pouring into our rum and cokes or rye and gingers. We started out about 1/3 booze and 2/3 mix and by the end of the night I'm pretty sure it was 2/3 booze and 1/3 mix. My garage turns into a gong show once the weather gets nice.

Sarcasm doesn't always make it through the 'net.
I didn't bother with a mixer or a middleman when I was drinkin. That is the basis for my comment.
Sounds like you were having a good time, though!

Ah, sorry for the confusion. Yeah, a good time was had by all. Warm weather, garage drinks and some Cuban cigars are a recipe for success.

I've never been one for drinking most stuff straight, I'm more of a mixed drink guy, but there's usually more booze than mix, so it's pretty close to drinking it straight anyway.

Oh man, I gotta come by there! Do you take in visitors?

BTW: I love those little red HF stools. They save my back when working in the garage or shop. They are cheap enough not to care if they break!
