What do you think the value is for a 2008 Heritage Softail. It has 22,000 miles on it. Here is a list of what is on it..

The base value can be obtained from http://www.nadaguides.com/Motorcycles.
As for the base value plus the add-ons, well that is dependent on what value the buyer places on those add-ons.
The NADA price with what add-ons that you list that can be listed under NADA, computes to an average retail of just under $14K. Of course that doesn't include every add-on that you list, just the big stuff.
Avg. Retail Base Price $12,515 Options: AM/FM Radio/CD/Aux w/Speakers $403 Engine Guards (Chrome) $71 Exhaust-High Performance (Street) $233 Fairing-Full $313 Saddle Bags (Pair) $293 Travel Trunk w/Rack $79 TOTAL PRICE: $13,907
I purchased my 09 Heritage a year ago with 8000 miles. I confirmed it had over $4000 of add-ons. The price I paid; $600 under the NADA base price with no add-ons. Most people will tell you, the add-ons sell the bike, but generally doesn't add to the selling price. Of course I'm only speaking of add-ons not customizing items such as graphics or paint.
So to answer your question; take what the asking price is, deduct the base value, then deduct the value you place on the add-ons and there's your offer.
