I'll continue to place mine on the seat. My seat has a nice dish shape that holds it stably.

X2....is a couple days with a scratched cap gonna make a difference or was the old one unusable?


I come back out....
Came back from where...Do you not pump your own fuel? If not is that some sort of state mandate in your area?

Why not just wait for the correct cap and not waste money on the other one?

The scratched one was bad enough for me to not want to look at it riding for a couple of hours. The dealer had one...apparently the one that the computer said was right, so I bought it. Then, looking at it closer, it wasn't the same that came with it....so I ordered the exact replacement. Now....I can drop it one more time I guess.

Come back from getting change from pre paying. I gave $20, it took $18 to fill.

Ah....I knew that was coming. Just because I have a CVO, I'm rich!?

.....or, do I buy what I want, when I want. It's the joy of having a good job, second job and no kids.
