It is the 2005 anniversary fatboy that came with the 95 inch motor. Not all 05 fatboy's came with it, just the anniversary models which had the gold badge.
Here's the skinny on the 2003 fat anniv. with 10k miles for $7k. Needs two new tires.. Bad dent in fender and tank.. fender is a crease, tank is a dent. Owner didnt tell me about the tank, and also told me it was injected.. I didnt find this out till I called the Harley dealer he took it to and they gave me the skinny on it. and the dealer mentioned that it was harder to repair a tank on a CARB'd bike... whoops.. guess its NOT injected. so I dont know what else I dont know now.... needless to say... gonna take a pass I think..
Although, at that price, if mechanically its good.. still a good deal... but with $600 in shipping.. eh...
EDIT: $850 is what I was quoted zip to zip from DAS and $814 from motorcycleshippers.com.

I found a 2000 the guy will take $7.. dent on the front fender though... and its 3 hrs away.. 30k miles..
Id like to keep the cost down at this point.. the original reason I was thinking about the 2003 was because I thought it was a "steal".. but I really dont think it is, I think the market is a mess... I could be wrong... http://hickory.craigslist.org/mcy/3749386743.html
He has the paint and planned to paint it this weekend but Im not convinced of his skillset so Id probably tell him to hold off so I can do it.. I have skills.
This would keep me out of vibration territory and get me into my first Harley and allow me some breathing room to buy leathers and doo dads.
EDIT: although, the exhaust would have to go.. which cranks the price back up... that looks like an open exhaust to me... I dont like it that loud nor do I like the way that one looks..
