Default Nice alternative to plastic turn lenses (Softail)

Pricey, at about 40 bucks for two. But I always thought the plastic covers looked kinda cheap, especially the smoked version.

My Custom Dynamics LEDs are behind these lense covers, which are glass. But a regular bulb also works. This pic is taken during the height of day. No reduction in brightness.

Where'd you find those?
I like that ringed "texture" look...
Did you do the fronts too?

I got the first set from JP Cycles but they are no longer in stock. I am getting a second set from Custom Dynamics for the front.

Brand name is autogem bullseye lenses. Goog it and you'll find several vendors.

I'm thinking about ordering the red ones. How well does the oring keep the lense in the housing? You think it's a good nough seal to stay watertight?

I think they are good on being waterproof. They were so snug that they wouldn't fit initially. But I wasn't doing as suggested and lubing the O rings with Windex.

Did that, and they packed in perfectly. And now they seem tighter than gettin lucky on prom night.

Also, the "night" picture above kinda drowned out the light texture/diffusion you can see in the day pic. In real life, there's just as much texture/diffusion to the light at night. It's just hard to photograph with my Iphone.

Ya. Kinda surprised plastic lenses are the accepted standard. Vintage style glass looks a lot better, IMHO.
