Default Pulled strut covers and sig mod pix

As we all know this is stock.........looks good but could be better


Pulled the strut covers and the stock mounts. Used a 2" bolt and 1 flat and 1 lock washer and tightened it down. Fits perfect.


This shows the difference between stock and my mod.

Best thing is it was better than free since I already have someone with a 09 Bob who wants my strut covers and I'm sure I can sell the signal lamp mounts also.........so I pretty much got paid to mod my bobber

I'm out to work BUT so I dont keep you hangin.........

This was a 1 hour mod.......30 mins of lookin at it and 30 mins to do it.

I'll do a step by step tonight if anyone cares to hear how easy it was but for the day here are a bunch o pix







ANd this last one just so you will all understand when I have to bury some boy in my backyard when she turns 16..................my lil baby is already trouble

I figure I'll just have to kill one and the word will get out

Quick question on the strut cover removal is removing the shocks involved?
