curious as to if anyone has managed to get the most stretch out of their stock cables with any kind of apes? I've got a 2006 deluxe with the stock bars, but was wondering how tall I could go (if at all) without switching out all the cables. Just curious to hear anyone's experiences.
Unbolt the clamp and kind of lift them up some. I did that when I put new risers on. I had aftermarket bars and cables at that point, but I just lifted them up a bit to see how much wiggle room I had.
