Hello, I am a newbie here with a quick question. Will the 2008 and up front fat boy wheel be a direct bolt on to my 2006 fat boy? I like the holes in the newer one. I know the rear is wider, but the front looks the same? If not is there a way to make it work?
Thanks
Axle size is an issue. Also, this doesn't make them incompatible but 2008 are 17" wheels, 2006 are 16".
In addition, the 2008 rear Fatboy tire is a 200. The 2006 is a 150, so without a new swingarm, fender and a lot of work, the 08 wheel won't work on an 06.

I would think I could change the wheel bearings to work with my stock axle? But I would probably need the 08' up front fender to clear the additional inch in diameter?
If its just the holes. Have your wheels cnc machined for holes or slots there are a few places that will do your wheels machining and if you want it chrome or powder
