Default breakout fascination

Ok.... I've looked at em, seen em on the road, both CVO and standard version. I don't hate em, but I don't get the breakout craze. I've actually tried to like t because so many people seem to. Does it ride that well or something, or is it just a matter of personal taste?

I just think they are a great looking motorcycle, and Harley did a great job with a new model.

Guess I should have test rode the one I had the chance to. I just keep looking at it and not seeing anything new. It's not an ugly bike, but it does nothing for me. Just seems everytime I turn around people are talking about it. I'm glad they are, Harley hasn't had a hit bike in a while.

I think they went overboard with chrome on the CVO model.

I love my non-CVO and like the ride. I may put a 1" spacer under the handlebar riser but other then that the ride is great.

I think they are really nice looking scooters, just not for me. But then again, I think the Rocker is a nice looking bike.

Obviously it's all a matter of personal preference, but I totally agree with you. Every time I see a Breakout I think, "Wow, who cares?" I hate the wheels and the moco definitely overdid the chrome on the CVO. I'd like to know what they did with the suspension to make it ride sooo much better than every other Softail out there.
