I don't know if this is good or bad but having just passed my first year of riding and I can't seem to get satisfied with one bike for long. Now I'm gett'n that feel'n that if I ride a breakout I'll likely buy it. My Road King just has 5,000 miles on it. Before, I had the intentions of buying a Fat Boy but I thought I much preferred the vibration from the rubber mounted engines. I suppose they all are smooth after you reach speed so I guess I could get over my love of the low speed vibration. But the looks of the breakout make me want one.

Default Not the same old Harley

I think its a great looking bike. Harleys all start to look the same after a while and everyone is tossing on wheels, seats , bars and fenders trying to make something different.

The Breakout has great lines right out of the box and you just know some guys are going to come up with some killer looking Breakouts when their done .
I like it.

I wasn't expecting so much, the pics don't do it justice. When I saw a CVO at the dealership, it has been a long time since a bike stood out like that one - A special machine.

It's a good looking bike and rides really nice. But my Fat boy fits me better.

How is the highway feel when running such a large rear tire? I would assume your rear brake would be much more effective.

It's the lines of the bike - the rake, and the fat 240 in the back end, low slung. It's everything I wanted my '09 Super Glide to be, and more..

Front braking leaves a little to be desired, but overall braking, it stops fairly well. It definitely would not have hurt to have dual disk on the front.

Personally, stock bikes look stock, normal, homogeneous, white bread, etc.. I took a look at one at the dealer last week and the Breakout is no exception to any other stock HD. It needs a lot of customization to set it apart from the others. If you like stock, great. Personally, stock bikes are just boring.
