Their not too bad. Almost as good as our Rockers...LOL. Get what you like, make it your own and enjoy.

For me it has a lot of potential. I was next to a guy with a sick chopper the other day and if I had the breakout I would transform it into a sick chopper with a 120r crate engine.

Why spend the cash on the Breakout? Just build a sick chopper.

My wife and I decided we wouldn't get another motorcycle without ABS beside you can get a five year warranty.

so, I'm not the only one. Guess it's like the crossbones. A lot of people hated it, but I loved it, of course I've decided to only own springer models. I like the breakout if for no other reason it's generated publicity for the MoCo again. I am in no way putting the breakout down, just surprised at the amount of people who really get into it. Glad they do... always good to see a new bike be a hit

Everyone has their own taste. Obviously I'm biased since I own a Breakout but its my dream bike and I've been waiting for HD to build this bike but IMO its HDs way of bringing a new custom look to compete with all of the custom bike builders out there snagging their sales. I think the Rockers are sweet too with the Heartland kit too.

My rocker c has a 250 on the back with progressive shocks front and back and rides like a dream. After the Danny Gray seat WITH GEL, the shocks were the BEST upgrade I did!!! Made a huge diff. in riding, steering and position of the front end of the bike. The stock setup needs to be tweeked and refined to be it's best.

Some Harleys are white bread. That's one neat thing about the Breakout and the Rocker. I've only come across one Rocker at bike rallies, runs, or going down the road, and never a Breakout.

I'd be pretty happy leaving the Breakout close to stock. Many pictures I see of modifications take it in the direction of looking more like an ordinary Harley. Like the Rocker, it has a unique and artistic sculptured look that I'd want to be very careful about messing with.

I love the Standard Breakout Id love to own one. The CVO has too much chrome for me.
But the Standard is spot on. Do stage one and change the bars, and you would be close to perfection.
